I refrigeratori e le pompe di calore aria-acqua serie NRG rappresentano l’eccellenza tra le macchine a refrigerante R32, permettendo di valorizzare le ottime proprietà termodinamiche di questo refrigerante ecologico e sfruttarle in tutta sicurezza. La gamma dei refrigeratori e delle pompe di calore offrono una potenzialità, sia in raffreddamento che in riscaldamento, raggiunge 1MW.

Progettate per installazione esterna, sono particolarmente indicate per soddisfare le esigenze dei complessi residenziali e commerciali, o per applicazioni industriali.

La gamma si articola in due frame: taglie small per impianti di piccola e media potenza, con configurazione a doppia batteria verticale, da 52 kW a 225 kW e taglie large con struttura V-block e potenze da 195 kW a 1.034 kW.

I già elevati valori di efficienza stagionale SEER e SCOP sono ulteriormente incrementabili dalla possibilità di prevedere come opzione i ventilatori inverter; la silenziosità è garantita dall’uso dei compressori Scroll di ultima generazione che assicurano ridottissima emissione sonora. La funzione Night Mode, disponibile solo nelle versioni non silenziate, consente di ridurre la potenza sonora nelle ore notturne, o più in generale, nelle ore più delicate dal punto di vista dell’impatto acustico.

È disponibile, per tutta la gamma, l’opzione kit idronico integrato che racchiude in sé i principali componenti idraulici per facilitare l’installazione e proporre soluzioni plug&play. Le pompe (singole o doppie) possono essere controllate da inverter a velocità fissa per semplificare le operazioni di taratura in fase di avviamento.

I refrigeratori e le pompe di calore della serie NRG offrono un campo di funzionamento molto esteso. Nella versione solo freddo NRG garantisce il funzionamento a pieno carico fino a +49°C di temperatura aria esterna e produce acqua refrigerata fino -10°C; nella versione in pompa di calore funziona a pieno carico fino a -15°C di temperatura esterna e produce acqua calda fino a 60°C.

IMPLEMENTAZIONI

Nell’architettura di sistema si è implementato il concetto di “integrated solution”, che consiste in un controllo integrato e ottimizzato di compressori e valvola elettronica. Questa soluzione ha consentito l’implementazione di una serie di nuove funzionalità, tra le quali:

  • Controllo Low Superheat: Progressiva riduzione del surriscaldamento in condizioni di stabilità. Questo consente un incremento delle prestazioni energetiche sia in modulazione sia in condizioni di pieno carico.
  • Controllo DLT: Controllo della valvola elettronica sulla temperatura di scarico in determinate condizioni operative. Questo si riflette in un incremento dell’affidabilità del controllo e in un notevole ampliamento del range di funzionamento della macchina, specialmente nel funzionamento a caldo.

L’attenzione all’ambiente è garantita dall’uso del refrigerante ecologico R32 il cui potenziale effetto serra è pari a meno di un terzo rispetto a quello dei refrigeranti tradizionali. Inoltre, l’impiego di batterie alettate con tubi di diametro ridotto combinato con l’uso di un refrigerante con energie specifiche molto elevate e con GWP ridotto come l’R32, consente di minimizzare la carica di gas del circuito e ridurre ulteriormente l’impatto diretto delle pompe di calore.

L’impiego del refrigerante R32 di classe A2L (non tossico e leggermente infiammabile) nelle unità serie NRG è perfettamente sicuro, grazie all’attenta progettazione dei componenti del circuito, i severi test previsti in fase di produzione, alle scelte progettuali intese a ridurre al minimo e ad isolare le possibili fonti di innesco (quadro elettrico con separazione a tenuta dal vano compressori) e alla presenza all’interno della macchina di componenti di sicurezza (leak detectors) in grado, in caso di perdita, di spegnere i compressori e avviare le procedura di sicurezza.
